This project is a new 6-story 589,000 sf pre-cast concrete open parking garage in the Amoskeag Millyard Historic District of Manchester. It provides over 1,600 new parking spaces for the students and faculty of Southern New Hampshire University.

Studio Integra served as an architectural consultant to the architect of record, Built Form Architecture.  Services included Zoning, Code, ADA, Fire, and Life Safety analyses as well as assistance during the design, construction documentation, permit acquisition, and construction phases.
