This 15-story 300,000 sf residential building is located in the River West neighborhood in Chicago. Designed to highlight the premium site's views, the building features dramatic city views from most units, a communal rooftop deck, and glass backed elevators. Some of the units also have private terraces. Other amenities include a small park, retail space on the ground floor, and an on-site parking garage. The building utilizes a concrete structure and aluminum and glass window wall with modern kitchens and baths.
